Do you want to extend the life of your dies? Sanmei Works started by reviewing the die shape rather than relying on traditional knowledge. We found the answer in the form rolling technology that we cultivated. The die forming section was designed with a two-step thread shape (patented technology*), to disperse and reduce the load applied onto the die. This design was combined with the Dios material technology to further extend the life of the die.

Reducing the die replacement frequency and efficiently operating the rolling machine contribute to realizing carbon neutralization while maintaining high productivity.
